RM 형 이동식 클램프

(RM -Type Clamp)

MTS RM 형 클램프는 현재 온라인에서 판매중인 클램프중 최장거리를 물릴수 있는 제품이다. 이동식으로 사용하거나, 바이스등에 고정하여 사용할 수도 있다. 수동식 에어벨브로 On/Off 하며, 압력조절벨브로 클램핑력을 조절할 수 있다.

This product can hold the longest of the clamps currently sold in the Internet market. It can be used as a portable type or fixed to a vise. On / Off with manual air valve. The clamping force can be adjusted with the pressure regulating valve.

에어 라인을 제거하고 완전 수동식으로 너트 조절식으로 사용할수도 있다.

You can also remove the airline and use it as a fully manual nut adjustment.

옵션사항으로 On/ Off 신호를 출력 받을수있는 센서설치가 가능하다.

Optionally, sensors can be installed to receive On / Off signals.

2가지종류의 클램핑 힘

에어실린더 방식의 토글 클램프는 2가지 클램핑 방식을 가진다. 최초에 에어실린더로 클램핑할 수 있는 힘(CF)과 클램핑이 완료된 후 외부로 부터 오는 충격이나 힘을 견딜수 있는 최대의 힘(HF)으로 표현된다. 위 사진에서는 CF 를 보여주고 있고, 아래의 표에서 형번별로 CF와 HF를 확인 할수 있다.

그림에서 크램핑 전의 INK1,LINK2,LINK3가 V형상을 하고 있지만, 크램핑완료 후는 일직선상에 있된다. 이상태가 유지될때 토글클램프는 최대의 CF와 HF를 얻을 수 있다. 눈으로 이상태를 확인할수도 있지만 일반적으로 "딸깍" 소리가 나며 크램핑완료시점으로 돌입하게 된다.

In the figure, LINK1, LINK2, and LINK3 before cramping have a V shape, After the cramping is completed, it is in a straight line. When the ideal state is maintained, the toggle clamp can obtain the maximum CF and HF. You can see the ideal state with your eyes, but you will usually get a "click"sound and Cramping is complete.

활용방법 3

크램프가 On 상태일때 공작물사이로 끼운다

스크류를 공작물이 물림 상태가 될때까지 돌려주고 너트로 고정시킨다.

Turn the screw until the workpiece is in the engaged state and fix it with the nut.

같은 두께의 공작물일 경우 에어핸들로 On/Off 시키며, 반복작업이 가능하다.

For workpieces of the same thickness, it can be turned on / off with air handles, and it is possible to work repeatedly.
